When the book has not yet been released, your purchase is a pre-order: you are charged today and the bundle is delivered when it is released, at the date shown on the sales page. We email you the moment it is available.
You may request a full refund at any time before delivery, and we will refund it. Once the bundle has been delivered, the right of withdrawal for digital content no longer applies, because delivery is what completes the contract.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
A team licence covers the number of seats stated at purchase, and a company licence covers unlimited internal use within the purchasing organisation. Each licensed person may use the book, templates and annexes in their own work.
A licence does not permit redistribution outside the licensed organisation. You may not share, resell, publish or upload the bundle, or any template from it, for use by anyone outside the seats you licensed.
